Vacation Ownership Advisors help Marriott Vacation Club Owners reserve their vacations at some of the most beautiful resorts and destinations around the world. We help facilitate vacation experiences that create life-long memories by providing excellent customer service, reviewing vacation usage options, making reservations, and providing additional ownership education. As a Marriott Vacation Club Owner Services Call Center Associate, you will be part of an exciting team that is among the most admired in its industry.

Job Details

As a member of our inbound customer service team, you will enjoy flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn incentive pay.
In addition to the above, Vacation Ownership Advisors at Marriott Vacation Club® enjoy:
  • Answer inbound calls
  • $13.00 per hour during training
  • $13.50 per hour after 90 days
The Call Center is currently open Monday – Saturday**:
  • Monday – Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. MT
  • Saturday, 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. MT

** Hours and days of operation may change based on business needs
** Those working the closing shift may be required to stay until the phone lines are cleared and all customers have been helped
